How to change zip code in the addres in the setting/controller?

By mistake I nitroduced a wrong zip code in the address of the controller... How can I change it? Do I have to remove the controller and inmediatelly to add a new one? Thanks.

I just received my new Whisperer and when I push the power button, I get one single red LED flash and that's it.  It won't do anything else.  I put it in the sun for a couple of hours to see if the battery was dead, this didn't solve the issue.

For testing reasons I "watered" one of my zones manually, which increased the moisture level (but I did not water this zone actually). How can I reset the moisture level of one or all zones to get a proper calculation again and to have all my zones (that are absolutely identically configured) showing the same level and getting the same scheduled watering?

hey guys, my smart Sprinkler isn´t working correct. after installing the hole stuff and first testing, i was so happy that everything worked fine. but my hunter valves PGV100 never Closes anymore. for testing i ve connected the valves directly with my trafo 24VDC 1A and it worked fine. so i guess that the zonecontacts working not correctly. any ideas? is the DC Adapter really the reason? i need help, or i send the Netro back to amazon… Hey Leute, mein kluger Sprinkler funktioniert nicht richtig. How do you turn off smart watering and just have it run a normal program.  It’s a 100 degrees and it isn’t getting nearly enough

THE FIRST day of the week in Italy is always settend Monday 

I understand feature for setting rain delay, but would find it useful to adjust smart scheduling to say there was NO rain on a day it was forcasted. We have had >90 degreeF days and today smart schedule had rain as forcast, but we only had a trace - meaning the lawn needs irrigation but Smart is preventing/delaying it. I know I could increase the amount of rain threshold,  but it will still not correct for when that amount of rain has occured in the area - just not here.

My controller keeps losing connection to the wifi. Is there a way the app can send a notification when that occurs? 

Also, my smart watering program skipped the zones during this time. I thought if the controller was offline the programs would continue as  scheduledt? it would be nice to know why the program was skipped, like a diagnosis log of the errors.

Additionally, the controller randomly started the irrigation programs outside my set time peramerters. I'm afraid the controller is glitching out. I believe this all occured when the controller was disconnected from the internet.

I am Lukas from the Netherlands. I have ordered a Netro sprite-6 on without a power adapter. 
In the Netherlands we have 230V AC on the power grid. I am having serious trouble to find a power adapter that goes to 24V AC 800mA. 

The only one I can find has an output of  24V AC 1000mA, will that be ok? 

Or is there a better alternative out there?

Will this controller autoconnect to internet after an outage just like my Nest does ?

We got our Netro two weeks ago and set up went just fine.

Yard was being watered, great.

Two days ago our power went out, came back on an hour later.

Netro light blinking slowly tried to reconect and all i get is

Internet may not be available, rest of the house is conected.

Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone had a difficult time getting the device to connect? When I get to step 5 of the setup process it says the connectivity is unsuccessful. Up to that point it says all the other connections were successful. I’ve reset my router and the controller. 

All of our watering done with drip systems and I wondered if there is a way to water longer than 60 minutes for a zone?

I always find cats dejections on my garden but I  cats are not mines. I had an idea to avoid these cats' gift, installing a PIR sensor connected to netro controller by wifi that transmit a signal to water garden at cats presence. Cats don't love water so they leave my garden very quickly.

Do you think you can build a sensor like this?

I just installed my Netro Sprite and am having fun investigating all the options. After some false steps, I was able to link it to my google home account. so, my questions:

1. When I go through google, do I always have to say "Okay, Google, talk to Netro Sprite", and then when Netro responds, give a command, such as "water zone 1 for five minutes". Is there any way such that I can say directly to google "water zone 1", and Netro will do it (like smart light switches)- I don't have to tell google to tell TP-link to turn on the bedroom light!

2. I know that Netro controls zones sequentially (only one on at a time). When I ask Netro (through google home) to water zone 1 for x minutes, it then asks "what else can I do for you". If I say "water zone 2 for x minutes, it looks like it immediately turns off zone 1, and turns on zone 2. So, does "what else" mean "instead of", rather than "in addition to" the first command? Is there any way to get it to recognize sequential zone commands?

3. I've renamed my zones in the Netro app (nice touch- always hated having to remember zone numbers with old controller. Is there any way for the Netro google link to recognize (like google home does with devices) the name of a zone? It would be great to say "water front lawn for five minutes" instead of having to remember which zone it is.
