I’m in the Orlando area and on Wednesday I just had hurricane Ian drop over 5” of rain on my lawn. Discover tab shows on Wednesday I had less than .3” of rainfall. I’m using the Netro weather station. Is there something I need to change or update?

I was wondering if there’s a relationship between the weather predicted on the app and the watering frequency. Here it shows daily temperature predicted at 90 degrees when in fact it’s 82 / 83 when 2 watering a week are sufficient. My app wants to water every day and unless I turn it off I don’t see a way to negotiate a more rational and way less costly rhythm. 
Any insight is so welcome!

Rescheduling the watering schedule

I set up my metro system this morning.  I made an error in programming the watering schedule.  How do I reprogram the Smart watering program?  I have been unable to do it.

Irrigation, It starts by itself without any program

Also I would like to point out that yesterday at midnight the irrigation started by itself, without having programmed anything, with the app I could not turn off I had to stattare everything through the electrical panel.
As ever this happens, should be a convenience this control unit controlled by the app instead of problems.

Hello, yesterday I mounted the control unit with an electrician, the connections are fine, we tried several times the manual function but it did not work, I am trying in various ways to operate the control unit, after several hours I pressed reset and I managed to start the manual program, now it works but I noticed that it does not start if there is a daily program, is it correct??

Instead the programming does not work on the calendar, I tried in various ways but the irrigation does not start, I think the control unit is faulty, I tried several times to program a minute per sector but nothing works. Now it’s raining here of course I disabled the smart zone so for now only the manual function works, not with programming. What advice can you give me?

Smart watering schedule is running for long periods

My netro is using smart schedule. Even though i have ECO on each zone, zones are watering for more than 20 minutes. it rained last night and today morning it was watering for more than 20 minutes.

 How do i change this?

lot of water being wasted.

Watering during a restriction

Hi!

Tonight at 2.30 my netro start to watering. I had to stop it starting a manual program and stop it because in the app there was no watering sign.

Then I put a restriction for 3 days and around noon netro starts to watering again. There was a lost wifi signal for a minute cause by a voltage drop. 

Is it normal?

Mulch impact on duration

My flower gardens have several inches of wood chip mulch covering the soil.  After a season of "Smart Watering" my beds are dry and the perennial plants are stressed.

Does mulch absorb irrigation water intended for the plants?  Is the presence of mulch a factor affecting the duration of an irrigation cycle?

quick stop every watering

I have seen quick stop watering on landing page in app once. Than not anymore. Is this a recent feature? Looks not stable. Meanwhile I cannot see stop button on manual run page where it was before. Shame that everone got wet on garden party.

Cannot reset Sprite

Hi, I had a Sprite working OK but I needed to move it to another location and WIFI network. I assumed starting from scratch was the easiest method and deleted the controller on the App but now I cant get it back into host mode (<1sec press of reset button) or factory reset it (6-8 sec)....The LED flashes about once every 6 secs or so not every second, no matter what I do. 

So I never see the Netro_IRC wifi network ....

How do I fix this ?

Because it rained for two days, I put temporary restrictions on programming my Netro. Now I cannot reprogram it no matter what I do! Any clue what I should do besides the manual or adding new program?

Custome schedule being ignored

I was told the custom schedule would not let my moisture level go below the min I set but it goes below the min all the time

Watered while sensor above the skip limit

Hi today the smart schedule wateres while sensors above the 50% humid. I stopped manually. It is weird because the schedule shows to skip the zone but it watered anyway. Zone 3 and zone 4. Zone 1 is correct

May you check it?
