Netro working fine last summer , I can seem

To get it to stay online . I reset the Netro and it work fine for the first 10 min … then it logs off and leave on zone open . I don’t know what to do ,To keep it online ? 

I have switched internet providers and now Netro won’t connect to att modem.  I have run through setup many times

Is there a way to reset all settings back to default?

How can I switch the language interface from french back to english?

Netro spark can be configured and used as timer if no wifi access point are available?

It is possible to use it by connecting directly mobile phone with spark without additional devices?

This part broke on my Pixie when trying to loosen it. I’ve been to the hardware store, but did not find anything that would fit. Is there any way to get a replacement part?

I've tried to email Netro, but my emails get a Delivery Satus Notification (Failure) when I send them. Do someone knows if there is an other way to email them? I've tired support@netrohome.com and info@netrohome.com.

I've been given a notice that my county will require "Once weekly" watering beginning in June 2022. Will my Netro Sprite automatically adhere to this schedule or do I have to set it up myself?

this morning I was looking through my netro setting and I notice that the Rain strategy field (Threshold mm) was blank.

I don't remember how I set it in the past but maybe it is an upgrade?

In your experience wich method is the best? Forecast or Expectation?

Wich threshold in mm is suggested?

I have a normal garden on a flat area with clay soil.

Hi,

In my garden I've all the zones set to smart watering in a time frame between 0:00 and 5:00 am.

Tonight netro started to water at 3:14 and than I manually stop a 6:33 because I had to walk on the garden.

Why it watered with such delay and didn't stop in the morning at 5:00?

I'm using netro from 3 years and never happend.

Do I have to adjust some settings?

Hi. I’m trying to add my weather underground PWS station ID and it is not accepted. I’ve tried several stations and the app say invalid station ID for all of them. They are all online. 

The instructions on page 12 of the Netro sprite quick start guide says I can use the ‘remote control’ feature to on the Netro app to turn on and off the sprinklers. I can’t find a ‘remote control’ setting on this app. 

Hello, when I program the repeated watering schedules, it does not appear in the calendar and nothing happens.

The setup recommends a WiFi that is not an option in my WiFi settings. There is a Netro WiFi I can connect to, but the app refuses to recognize it, saying I have to use the name they give me. 

If I have smart watering enabled does it activate sprinklers when it (sprite) determines a need?  If so how do I prevent that when I happen to be mowing the lawn?  

I have 5 Whisperer sensors and 1 of them is no longer measuring moisture.  Temp and Lux are being measured but consistently zero on moisture.  Placed next to another functioning sensor that is reading moisture and still nothing.

Suggestions?

I set up the pixie timer, everithing seems ok but the valve does not opens, nor with program nor in manual mode, no water at all.

I'm a satisfied Italian customer of Netro Sprite 12 zones since 2019!

Recently I set my router to shutdown the wifi during the night, the Netro sprite it's the only one device that don't automatically reconnect when wifi come up in the morning, the white LED still blinking. To reconnect at the network, I need to phisically shutdown and power on the Sprite.

Is there a "trick" or an update to cover this issue? HW Version: 1.2 , Firmware Version 1.1.3
