Connection issues

Good morning,

Randomly my device loses connection and keeps blinking.  I have to turn it off and on for it to get the network back.  The Sprite is five meters from the router and next to other devices that have a good connection at all times.

I can see your firmware is not the newest. Updating it may help the WiFi stability. We can send you the file to update and Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email?
