Add a manager

Trying to add a new manager. Any email address I enter results in a "can't find user ..." error message.

This is a terrible design—it behaves like no other app I’ve encountered. Please add the ability for a superuser to PUSH an invitation to a manager or guest. 

I’ll never get back that 30m of my life hunting in your support forum for this answer. 

Also, please add a help article with this explanation asap to save others the trouble.
