Help for my controller dropping the wifi weekly?  I have to unplug the controller to reset and wifi works.  When on vacation my controller can't be unplugged so is there a fix or work around ?

Zones not turning on

Any reason why the system sometimes skip zones and not water them. I have 3 sensors and they all reading the same moisture across all 9 zones, that’s why I’m confuse into why sometimes decide to skip zones.

One zone comes regardless of the schedule whenever any other zone is on.

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?

Can you water a zone longer than 60 minutes?

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

IFTTT Trigger for moisture

When I try to set the trigger for a moisture level in IFTTT, it does not give me the option to choose at what moisture % I want the trigger to run.  How do I set the trigger for a specific %?


It only gives me the option for account, device, and zone.

does not irrigate

The same thing happens to me too. No irrigation today... 04/27/2025 Netro does not connect... it says it is watering in manual mode, then I go to check and nothing happens! No water comes out of any station, I tried to reset but to no avail. If I try the tester the irrigation starts but if I try with the manual it says it is watering but that is not true. I checked the Wi-Fi and it is fine.

How do you allow your irrigation or landscape service people to run the system without having a phone or Internet connection? Is there a simple way for them to override the sprite, and use some other way to manually open the valves without going underground to expose them?

Pixie unable to connect to the internet

I  bought a new Pixie and I connects with my router, it does not connect to the internet. The suggestions in the directions do not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

New Whispere

Have a whisperer working fine.

As the battery of my second one could not be charged (even by cable) bought a new one.

The new whisperer is blinking white, the phone, the router and the new whisperer are within 3ft of each other.

Nothing happens on the appli, see only the existing whisperer not the new one.

What should I do ?

Dutch language improvement

Some translations in the app for the Dutch language are a bit off. The wrong translation from English to Dutch is used.


For instance to save a setting in Dutch the word “sparen” is used. “sparen” in Dutch is used for instance to save money. The proper Dutch word to save a setting is “opslaan”


Another one is how “disabled” is translated. It currently says “gehandicapt” which is the Dutch word for disabled people. When a setting is disabled the proper Dutch word is “uitgeschakeld”, literally meaning off-switched

Whisperer availability

My present whisperer has difficultly to charge even on sunny days and will soon need to replace it (my experience is that battery life is at most 2 years).

Unhappily it is apparently out of stock in all European sites I tried.

Ordering it from the US is much more costly due to fixed administrative cost of custom clearance added to custom duties and VAT.

When do you think you will re supply European sites ?
