Hi Oliver,

Yes you can control the Pixie timer remotely even not connected to your homework. To save power, Pixie has sleep mode. If it is in sleep mode, you can go to the Program, set the watering duration and start the Pixie remotely.

If you want to adjust the smart watering, please go to settings->zones->select a zone->smart zone and choose your preferred watering mode. We recommend you to choose "Frequent" mode to increase the watering frequency. You can choose "customized" mode to adjust watering by providing the preferred moisture level and flow rate of your sprinklers. I will forward your request to our develop team to check our algorithm.

One sensor for multiple zones

Dear customer,

 Netro will allow one sensor to monitor up to 3 zones but the user needs to make sure the zones have similar environmental conditions. This feature will be ready in a future version of the app in one month.

 A user can authorize multiple users to access his or her Netro products without giving them the phone or password. To give access to other users, please log in your Netro account, go to Settings->Controller->Manage Users. Please make sure shared users must have a Netro account. Hi Kirk, Currently our system does not support pulling data into Netro manually for users as it might cause too much trouble to users. I have consulted our develop team and we will support this feature through IFTTT in the future.

Thanks for your suggestions and we will consider develop this feature. Netro allows users to restrict watering time and define rest time through Settings->Preferences->Scheduling. You can tap "Scheduling" to restrict your watering time and define rest time in "Preferences" page.

Dear Barry,

If you set the smart zone to "basic" level and set you own program, Netro will only skip schedules when it's rain, or of large wind, or because of regulations or other reasons. Netro will not add "smart" schedules even if not enough water by your schedule.

Dear Charu,


If you turn on the smart zone feature, Netro will skip the schedules(including manual schedules from user programs) when there is a chance of significant rain(>0.2inch).

Netro gets the weather information from DarkSky. Sever side gets and updates weather information every early morning at 4 am. I think what happened is that when you check the schedules last time the are not re-calculated yet. Netro will check the weather data for the past and get new weather data at 4 am in the morning to adjust following schedules accordingly.

Please go to the Schedule page, tap the program and choose "Skip this schedule" to override smart watering schedules.
