So I like the idea of being able to manually water when I want especially on really hot days but the battery aftervthe second day dies and never charges more then 10 to 15 percent even in full sun for 10 hours. Would be nice if it charged faster and had a better battery or less drain in that mode.

Is there a way to view all the input settings for a given zone, to wit, soil types, slopes, species, etc? It is difficult to check the data going screen by screen. Perhaps an Export or Summary capability I have not yet discovered?

Much of my non-lawn landscape area is sheltered by heavy tree canopy, meaning light rain does not reach the ground in the same amount that weather apps might report. If I find that smart zones are not getting enough water, how would I tweak the zone settings?

Where is the documentation on how to use the app? I have no clue how to set my own schedule or how to use the smart scheduling... I can't find anything on how to use this app at all and it's pretty confusing. I am looking at the app and it seems to have smart watering enabled, but there are times where it's skipping 3 days randomly and there is no rain that is supposed to take place on those days, so no clue why it's skipping those days. Can someone direct me to where the documentation is for using the app?  Thank you.

Good morning. I am observing that when I manual-water using the web app, and the watering ends, the indicator (blue watering can) remains blue, indicating that the system is still watering. Only resets when the page is left or refreshed. I think that the refreshing should be done automatically, perhaps. The current situation makes the user think there is some hang up in the system, although it is not operationally significant.

My lawn and plants are dying! Suddenly something has changed and my unit isn't working. I have tried running manually. Zone will start and suddenly stop. I've checked times and nothing has changed there. I have removed and reinstalled the app. No help! Not sure where to go from here.

Hello. It would be nice if it were possible to customize the home screen. Select the product that appears by default when entering the app. Is it possible? I have different devices and I used one more than the other and the least used one always appears when I access the app, I understand why it was the first purchase. Thank you very much

I installed the sprite control unit.

I attach photos regarding the hardware and software version.

At the end of the installation I performed a manual test of the zones.
The problem I encountered is that at the end of the operating time the watering does not stop.

 How do I solve this problem?

One of my zones is connected to a valve that controls pool fill. What "Plant Type" & Soil should I specify to get smart watering.

Does anyone know what the exclamation icon means on the Metro App under schedule? 

I assume it means it didn't run, but why? These are the water schedules setup by Netro, I don't touch them. See screenshot.
