Server Down 4/27/25?

I can’t connect to my irrigation controller through my desktop computer, or the Netro App.  Are you guys having server problems today 4/27/25?

May I ask if you have disabled the zone? If the zone is enabled, does the manual run function work? If it still doesn't work, please send an email to support@netrohome.com and we will look into it.
