Dear customer,
If all zones are programmed and shown as "running" in the app, but water only physically comes out of Zone 1, this is usually caused by a hardware or wiring issue rather than a software glitch.
Please try the following steps to isolate the problem:

Check the Common Wire (C-Wire)

Test Master Valve (MV) / Pump Settings

Perform a Manual Test at the Valve Box

If water flows: The plumbing is fine, and the issue is strictly electrical (wiring or the Netro port).

If water does NOT flow: The main manual shut-off valve to those specific zones might be closed.

If the wiring looks perfect and manual testing works, please email us at support@netrohome.com with your serial number. Our team can check the electrical current logs to see if the controller is properly sending 24VAC voltage to the other ports.
