My two whisperers stopped due to lack of sun. The new one started communicating again.

The old one started communicating but then stopped while the battery was still above 90%.

Seems a communication problem 

Blue light blinking turned quickly to white light blinking.

After blinking a few minutes it stopped but is not connected to the App.

Tried putting it ON close to controller and then close to WiFi router, the result is the same, no connection.

Is the whisperer dead ? Should I buy a new one ?

I have one particular zone that i only require watering for 15 seconds every second day.

How can i do this?  i was able to do it on my previous OpenSprinkler.

I have 2 Whisperer for automatic regularion of my watering.

They work normally work perfekt but when the bad weather prevents charging for o longer period they go to sleep/closes down.

Then my Netro thinks the soil is dry 0% humidity and aut starts my watering eventhough the soil is 90%.

I have ti disable the Netro to stop watering until the Whispering is charged.

Since I do not get any warning that the Wispering power is too low the aut watering can go on and on wasting my water and flooding my garden!

When I have Whisperers, the system appears to calculate the average over the day about 4 degrees higher than for zones without Whisperers.

It seems that, even though the weather data is available throughout the day, that zones without sensors only use the forecast high and low.

This is insufficient to correctly adjust for the amount of watering required.

For example, today is 7 degrees C up to 36.

Whisperer zones average the temp at 26C while non-Whisperer zone calculate the average at 22C.

On these extremely hot days, the non-whisperer zones are under-watering much more than the Whisperer zones.

Also note that even the zones with Whisperers always under-water and needs custom programs or manual intervention.

This finally explains to me why zones are always under-watered.

Can the system please use multiple day readings for non-Whisperer zones and PLEASE provide more watering?

I have programmed my Netro to skip Tuesday’s but the controller waters anyway. How do I stop this?

I cannot add my pixie z1 to the app because pixie z1 is not shown as an option. I have the hub connected.

(where MYAPIKEY is a key from the user account page)

but when I try to update soil moisture data with:

I get an error about an invalid key:

Hi everyone, I purchased my Netro about one year and half ago. It used to work normally. It stop working a couple months ago. When I started it, it says watering but no actual water comes out. I did everything the support team told me to do but still nothing happened. I’m desperate, my grass is dying. Someone please assist. 

I have a hill that was terraced and replanted. I was told to run the circuit twice a day for 15 minutes for a month. Drip lines. Seems like my system doesn’t have that flexibility. Am i correct?

Hi... since it's still fairly warm outside, I'd like to have the Zone water every 2 hrs for about 3 minutes just to keep the ground moisture up.

I'm not clear on how to do this?  Anyone?

Is it possible to individually choose preferences for wind speed on a zone by zone basis? I've got some zones that are connected to sprayers which I would like to keep on a wind speed cutout and but most zones are on drippers which I would like to water independent of the wind speed.

This morning we noticed that my Sprite light was flashing. I tried to get into the app and it kept saying network error. I booted the Sprite, I booted my router, and the light is no longer flashing. 

But when I try to log into the app now it says network error. I logged into metrohome.com and my Sprite was able to work from naturalhome.com, but I am still not able to log in to the app. I use the same login at netrohome.com as I did with my app.

The app crashea when I click on a zone on Google pixel 8a. I had to configure them with another phone. Already tried to reinstall the app and clear cache

Hi, it’s the end of our watering season where I live, the city just shut off the water for the year. Any guidance on what to do in the app to have the system off for until spring?  

I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Netro Spark 16 controller. It connects correctly to Wi-Fi and appears online in the app, but when I try to start irrigation manually, the app just stays on "in communication" and nothing happens.

The problemm is with the 4g Vodafone/HoMobile provider as yout mentioned in https://netrohome.com/en/forum/posts/4052

I have already asked several time the update for the device, but nobody reply me

What should i do to have this update?

I'm curious if there is a way to restrict or cap the calculated volume of water used daily for smart watering schedules. For example, my well produces about 3500 gallons a day or close to 4.5 CCF. I have a storage tank where the water is stored. Is there any logic that can be added to the smart watering calculation or scheduling to account for a daily water volume budget? 

Way Netro had changed my user password?

Hi, I just bought the whisperer 2 and would like to have it as only sensor for the entire garden, however is allowed to have maximum 3 zones for sensor. Is there a way to link all the zones to it? I have 7 zones.
