I cannot find a way to reduce the minutes each station is watered. All stations on Eco boost. And some water almost an hour total (in 3 sessions) on allowed watering days. Our local So Cal restrictions are 10 minutes per station! How do I restrict  this?

just installed his transformer burned out I had an electrician install a new transformer, now it works but the sprinklers only turn on for a few seconds, what can it be

Since a couple of days my Netro is offline. I have connected to my Netro to add the wifi password again and rebooted the router 3 times but still offline.

It but impossible to connect me netro tells me to make sure that the correct WIFI password is entered ... I have been trying to appear for 4 hours

I initiated a manual run of a zone for 1 minute. It did not stop. After 3-4 minutes I tried to find a way to stop it but was unsuccessful. I finally de-enabled my Sprite from the Home Menu of the App. There must be a better way. Plus I don't understand why it did not stop after 1 minute. Previous manual runs worked OK.

Please help

How do I program the on/off time on the new software? I need to have gaps between zones for pressure to rebuild. The new software is not intuitive!!!

Netro working fine last summer , I can seem

To get it to stay online . I reset the Netro and it work fine for the first 10 min … then it logs off and leave on zone open . I don’t know what to do ,To keep it online ? 

I have switched internet providers and now Netro won’t connect to att modem.  I have run through setup many times

Is there a way to reset all settings back to default?

How can I switch the language interface from french back to english?

This part broke on my Pixie when trying to loosen it. I’ve been to the hardware store, but did not find anything that would fit. Is there any way to get a replacement part?

I've tried to email Netro, but my emails get a Delivery Satus Notification (Failure) when I send them. Do someone knows if there is an other way to email them? I've tired support@netrohome.com and info@netrohome.com.

I've been given a notice that my county will require "Once weekly" watering beginning in June 2022. Will my Netro Sprite automatically adhere to this schedule or do I have to set it up myself?
