Do you have a master zone/pump? Could you please do a test:
Manually water each zone with 1 minute intervals and check if every zone shuts off after 1 minute every time?

I have a similar issue. Zone one will run fine on manual but when I try to run zone two, it starts and spits out water and then stops within five seconds even though the timer keeps going thinking it’s watering.
