The whisperer sensor combined with the app seems confused. The app tells me to water every day however the sensor tells me a date on when to water next that is usually 8+ days later. 

How do I connect my sensors to zones? I have the latest.

I would.love to have the app inform me when watering starts and stops. Is there a way to do it?

I received a notification on my phone that my Pixie is offline. I am out of state. Will my pixie still execute its schedule? Will it water my plants?

I have some basic programs to water.  At the same time smartwater is enabled on zones?  

It seems the programs run - but smart water does not control the duration 

Is there a way to specify when watering evens should start but let the smart water control duration?

Having problems getting it to connect to wifi?  Trying everything I can think of? Help???

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.

Any reason why the system sometimes skip zones and not water them. I have 3 sensors and they all reading the same moisture across all 9 zones, that’s why I’m confuse into why sometimes decide to skip zones. 

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

Is there a way to replace the light?

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

The same thing happens to me too. No irrigation today... 04/27/2025 Netro does not connect... it says it is watering in manual mode, then I go to check and nothing happens! No water comes out of any station, I tried to reset but to no avail. If I try the tester the irrigation starts but if I try with the manual it says it is watering but that is not true. I checked the Wi-Fi and it is fine.

Our landscaper installed a 4 zone sprinkler system and put a garden bib on zone 4 with a faucet Is there a way I could keep zone 4 on all the time so the faucet can work all all times?

I can’t connect to my irrigation controller through my desktop computer, or the Netro App.  Are you guys having server problems today 4/27/25?
