Good morning, if anyone can help me, I have two Netro control units installed 1 km from each other and they give me two different forecasts, both having the same weather portal, one irrigates it even with rainy days, while the other gives me the programming in 20 days.....

enable switch

I switched the enable switch in the Netro app to disable and now I can't get it to turn back on. The app says "next run not scheduled". When I close the app and reopen it, the switch has moved back to the disabled position. Nothing works, I can't even manually water. The controller has a green light showing and I have tried powering the controller off and back on and it reconnects without an issue but the app will not work.

Not skipping raining days

Hi guys,

My Netro system is not skipping watering on rainy days. As shown below, it still watered even though it is configured to skip the previous day, the rainy day itself, and the day after. Any recommendations?

Combine 2 zones

For my lawn i have 2 watering zones, is there a way to "force" schedule to combine those 2 zones to always follow each other? I dont want to water half my lawn on Monday and the other half on Thursday.

Watering notifications in Android app

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?


It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.


I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

Overview with multiple controllers

Suggestion:

It would be great if it was possible to have a better overview in the Netro app when using multiple controllers. 

For instance, we have 2x Spike 6 zone controllers and 1x Pixie in our setup and it's currently tricky to have a overview over all zones scheduled in these controllers without switching back and forth between them. If only Schedule tab would list all our zones setup in all our controllers :-)

overwatering

Hi there I use the netro smart feature and the whisperer. 

The smart schedule for zone 5 watered 28 minutes at 5am and the sensor measured 99% humidity.  Then it watered again at 6am... which is obviously a waste of water as the zone is already 100% humid. So it look like when the program starts it does not take into account the humidity again until the next run for that zone. 

For zone 5 I am using regular mode. Not the Deep or EPA. 

I also have the condition that 

- Sensor to report every hour

- skip watering if above 60%

- Sensor firmware 2.0.1

Smart Zones are random

I want to utilize automated rain delay feature.

If I have my 11 zones enabled for Smart Zone watering, the zones will water in a random order.

I need them to remaian in order 1-11. I cannot yet find a readon why.

Not much fun sitting on my lawn when a zone unexpectedly turns on.

If I use a manual program, then the rain delay feature cannot be used.

Is there a way to enable an automated rain delay in a manual program?

and/or

run the zones in an order when utilizing the Smart Zones?

And yes, most of my zones have the same environment settings

I would like to add a GEN 2 whisper to my Spark system because I cannot seem to rely on any of my three weather stations to provide accurate rainfall. I obviously don’t want to rely on a single sensor to determine the moisture level in my entire lawn, so can I add multiple to a zone and have Netro average it per zone?

One zone comes regardless of the schedule whenever any other zone is on.

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?
