Linking Google Home to Netro

When trying to link my Netro Sprite with Google home, Google responds with "No compatible devices were found in your Netro account". I have updated Google Home to the latest version.

Same problem here, I am trying to add it to Google Home and is  saying: Could bit reach Netro. Please try again. 

Anyone with a solution?
