same behaviour, today started al 6PM but my prefered watering hours qas from 6AM to 10AM, any confussion with the soft with AM to PM or 6:00 to 18:00h?

Hi Jose,

We noticed you have disabled the preferences now. If you create a program or restriction, Netro will strictly follow the watering time and duration, however, preferences will not. Netro will try to water during your preferred time. However, if Netro believes your watering is not enough, it will still water your zones regardless of you preferred watering time.
