Run Off Adjustment?

Hi Netro, I have fruit trees in clays soils and I have the whisper sensor helping me monitor the water. I have two issues right now. One is the sensor does not seem to detach much change in the moisture content in the soil, even immediately after an hour of watering. The other issue is I am getting run off during each watering cycle but I cant figure out how to spread out the watering or reduce them without going to a manual setting. Can you help me? Thank you!

Hi Carey,

Could you try to insert the sensor again and make sure the soil around it is tight enough. If there is large gap between the soil and sensor, the ai between them could generate large noise.If the problem still remains, please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email.


For the run off issue,  you can add reset time between zones through Settings->Prefrences->Schedulling->Rest time. Please let us know if it works.

Thanks Netro. I wrote the support email about the continued whisper problems.

For the runoff , I tried the rest time setting but that’s for between zones. I need longer delays between rounds of watering on the same zone. Can you help? Thanks
