Dear customer,


We checked your smart schedules and the smart watering is once a week. This is about right. You think it's too many because Netro waters your zone multiple times a day. Your zones are watered multiple times a day, you probably selected clay, clay loam or loam as the soil type which accepts water slowly, often as little as 1/4 inch per hour and that is why we break the watering into many pieces to avoid water runoff.


If you still want to delete and start all over, please write to support@netrohome and I will have our R&D look into it.
