Whisperers solar panel peeling off

Hi 

All my whisperers after few months of use has started peeling off the solar panel protection. At the same time they have started to fail.

Is this a recurrent issue? Is this bad quality? 

They haven’t lasted much…

Hi Roger,

 If you press the power button on the back, does the light turn on?
