Netro is watering at 25F because it is misinterpreted weather

I had to cancel watering because it’s 25F this morning. It’s because the weather is misinterpreted. The forecast today is 58/34, but that means it will be 34 for tonight’s low. Last night’s low was 25 and the Netro should look at that number for watering this morning.

Netro sever side gets/updates weather information every early morning at 4 am. If the default weather provider doesn't work for you, you could try other weather source in settings->controller->weather provider. Please let us know if it works.

Hello, my one does it too. Todays did a full cycle at 26F and the app was reading 37F. I have tried all different weather provides available and they don’t seem to be accurate. Any idea Netro Support?

Hi Alejandro,

Netro updates weather information automatically after you switch the weather provider. Could you please refresh the page again if there is no change? You can choose the most suitable weather provider accordingly.

If the weather providers do not work for you, you can choose wunderground PWS station. However, there is a bug in our app. You can tell us the station ID and we can setup the station ID for you.

It is the time zone in your local area. Normally it's at 4am and the time is not fixed.
