Activity not showing on ap

Sprinklers are coming on but the ap is not showing the activity on each station. I have done a factory reset and still no luck. Help please.

Could you please let us know on which day Netro app not showing watering but sprinkler coming on? If you start manual run, did this happen?

It does not show at any time. It only shows after the station is done.
