water valve does not work

I set up the pixie timer, everithing seems ok but the valve does not opens, nor with program nor in manual mode, no water at all.

can you help me?

Could you please manually turning on and off the valve (quickly press the button twice) for about 10 times? Please let us know if it works.

Hi Wency, I just wanted to piggyback off this question since my Pixie timer is having the same problem. The water valve is no longer opening when manually turning on (tried 10x as suggested), or creating a manual run. Are there any other things I should try to troubleshoot?
