Power device heat

Hello all,

I just bought a Netro controller with only 2 areas setup and I like it so far. 

I was wondering if the noise and heat from the power supply was a  normal thing to happen.

Are you using Netro power adapter or a third party power adapter? Is it 220VAC->24VAC transformer?

Yes I use the power transformer supplied with the device. Nothing else.
