Battery LED Blinking

The battery LED on my Netro Pixie-1 is blinking between red and green. After charging it for a time, it stays in this state, and the Pixie will not turn on. I assume that this is cause the battery cell is shot. Can anyone confirm this? If so, can someone point me into a direction to repair?

Dear customer,

Could you please check your battery socket to see if there is any corrosion or water sign? If possible please take a picture of pixie battery socket.
Please fully charge the battery with the USB charge port, until the battery shows the green light. When it is charging,  is it in red light?

I have the same issue. Battery was charged using USB and light turned green. When I put it back into Pixie, it starts out white and then flashes red/green.
