Dear customer,

As a workaround, you can go to setting->preferences->scheduling->rest time and set your preferred soak time.

Thanks,

I don’t really think that’s the same outcome. Cycle and soak takes you set run time and breaks it into two sessions allowing watering to soak in and not cause run off. So if I want a zone to run for 1hr, it would do a 30 minute session, rest for set time, and then complete a second 30 minute session.

From what soil depth does the whisperer get its moisture measurement?

Any insight on an anti water hammer setting? Could be as simple as starting next zones run a few seconds before running zone ends its cycle.

Dear customer,

Netro watering algorithm takes soak time into consideration, so you may notice that smart watering is divided into multiple cycles. Smart schedules typically start watering from Zone 1 and continue to Zone 6, and then repeat this cycle. Moreover, the duration of each watering session is not excessively long.

In the next version of our app, we have added the Boost Factor and Soak Time settings. However, regarding the Water Hammer issue you mentioned, we currently do not support it. We will consider adding this feature in the future.

Thanks,
Wency
