Spark not working

My Spark will no longer turn on any zones the app says that the zone is turned on but there is no activity. The front panel shows no zone number or time. It also won’t water from the front panel.

Could you please go to settings->controller->change wifi network/password to change the WiFi network for the device and see if it works?
