Is it working correctly? 0v test multimeter

Hi good morning,

I’m making the first installation and I see the valves don’t open when I tested it, so I test the connections with a multi-meter and sometimes it gives 24v and sometimes 0.
The last 10 tries it gives 0. I changed the cables and I now I test directly the controller connections and keep giving me 0.
I’m using the manual watering to make the tests.
Is it working correctly?

Can you please let us know what power adapter you use? Are you using the Android app? There is a known bug that only zone 1 can be opened if you use the Test Run mode which has been fixed in the beta version of v2.5.0.

Hi there, thank you for the answer. I used this power adapter : AC/DC output 24V 3A
But now I shoped the one you sale. By the way, what's the deliverying term to receive it in France? I didn't receive any notification...
I'm using the Apple app.
