Dear Customer,
	
Please follow the below steps to reset:
	
	
		- 
			Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
		
 
		- 
			Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
		
 
		- 
			Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
		
 
		- 
			Press the reset button for less than 1 seconds (you can feel the click) to do a soft reset (the little RST hole, use a pin insert it)
		
 
		- 
			Wait for 5 seconds. This should set the light to slow blinking.
