Watering program

Hi there,


I recently installed the Pixie, and have set up both the smart feature and a regular watering program. The watering program was supposed to go off this evening, but it didn’t. I then checked in the schedule, and all I saw were any restrictions and the smart watering schedule. My program was not there. I set the filters to show me the enables program, but it still does not appear. I have no way of telling with the program has been initialized. Is this a glitch? Should the program appear on the schedule? Why did it not activate when it was supposed to?

Hi Maciej,


There's no watering activities on 18th due to water restriction. You can go to Schedule page to check there's a restriction between 16:00~19:30. Smart watering appears on May 20,22 and so on.

Hi there. Thank you for your quick response, but this unfortunately does not address the problem. I have set a repeating program from 8-8:15 pm for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The one restriction that was active was for the pixie not to water the garden between 4-7:30pm. The restriction and the repeating program should therefore not conflict. Unfortunately, the pixie does not recognize the program and has not been watering during the set time. The program also does not appear in the schedule unlike the smart program.

In short, I’m trying to understand how to have the pixie recognize and water according to the repeating program. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Hi Maciej,

Your program was set to be active from June to October. So there is no such program on May, you can see it on the schedule page for June, e.g. June 1st, June 5th, etc.
