Whether on Auto or OFF the light is always on and drains the battery as there is not much sun.
What should I do ?

As following my message you asked for my delivering address I assumed that you were going to send me a new Whisperer.
As I have not received anything up to now any ad it is quite a long time should I take advantage of the offer you sent by mail for Black Friday and buy a new Whisperer.
Even after several hours in full sun my Whisperer looks dead and does not send any signal.
Shirt or long pushes on the button does not change anything.
I suppose that while not that old I have to buy a new one.

Yersterday evening Whisperer was active but today display is totally blank (only grey segments).
No light on the device.
Everything else OK including weekly averages. The few days before becoming blank was a bit surprised by the readings. According to weather conditions and watering was expecting a rise in humidity but it was on the contrary shown as decreasing.
Is there a way I can re-start it or should I buy a new one ?
How can I change the scale for weekly irrigation ?
Monthly scale is OK but the range of weekly scale is far too small.
In the past week watered alternatively once a day and twice a day for all zones.
In Discover the irrigation cbm are stuck at 0.01 and worse show 0 for the last few days.
Home display is correct and shows Last watering the day before at the date and time in the program (watering planned everyday) but under Discover many days are shown as if there has not been any irrigation.
What could be the reason why ?
The home page does not show the usual info
- no info from whisperer which is working (blue light)
- no info from the controller which is also working (solid green light)
Deleted the App and installed it again

Just received your goods. Had no problem connecting the Spark unit but cannot connect the whisperer.
When reaching the Wifi template it is stuck to the Netro_PLS_xxx and cannot move to MyhomeWifi.
Of course have no access to Netro..... and in any case do not have the password.
The installation manual says it will connect to the router. Unhappily looking to the router I see clearly the Spark but nothing else
