Our charging chip is designed with a protective function that makes it difficult to charge the battery to a full 100%, and this is intentional to protect the battery’s health and extend its overall service life.
If you’d like to fully charge the battery (e.g., for extended offline use), you can do the following after the device’s charging indicator turns green:Briefly disconnect the power adapter, wait about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This will prompt the charge management chip to re-detect the battery status and start a new charging cycle to top it up to 100%.
