Delete all zones and stat over

Hi Barry, 


If you want to delete all zones and clear all the past watering activities, you can do a factory reset.


1.Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)

2.Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
4.Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds to do a hard reset
5.Wait for 3 minutes. This should set the light to slow blinking.
6. Then you can go to the Netro app -> settings-> controller -> change wifi network/password

Dear Addiel,

We have now enabled this feature for you from the server side. Please enable Netro App notification in your smart phone settings and you will receive notification when your device starts watering. You do not have to do anything in the app and Netro will send notification when your device start watering.

Netro will continue to execute the next 32 pre-loaded schedules if the Wi-Fi connection is lost, for example the router or the internet service is down.

Weather Conditions setting

Hi Steven,


Our sever side gets and updates weather information every early morning at 4 am. We checked the rain data on Darksky and you are right it's expected to rain less than your threshold. Previously Netro has not updated the weather information and now we have updated it for you now. 


Netro will re-check the weather data for the past, update our model, and adjust following schedules accordingly. For example, Netro may not water today due to large rainfall from forecast data. The next day, Netro re-check the weather data, if no rainfall found and your soil is dry enough, Netro will water accordingly.


You can also raise your rain threshold. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
