Zone not watering keep loading

Hi Fabio,


Please check the wires. Are they loose or disconnected from the slots? Please also check the common wires and the master valve if you have one. If you believe the wires are correctly installed,  please check if there is a main valve/faucet that is turned off manually. 


To test if the controller is working properly, use a multimeter (AC voltage mode) to test the voltage between the common wire and the zone wire when the zone is active. Normally the voltage should be between 24V and 28V.

You might also want to check whether there are shorted zones or open zones. You just need to use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the common wire and each zone (remove the wires from the slots before testing the resistance). The normal reading would be 20-60 Ohms. If the reading is less than 10 Ohms then you might have a shorted circuit in the solenoid and if it is larger than 80 Ohms you might have an open circuit.

Hi Carey,

Could you try to insert the sensor again and make sure the soil around it is tight enough. If there is large gap between the soil and sensor, the ai between them could generate large noise.If the problem still remains, please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email.


For the run off issue,  you can add reset time between zones through Settings->Prefrences->Schedulling->Rest time. Please let us know if it works.

The irrigation amount (CCF) is just an estimation. Netro knows how much time your garden has been watered, but doesn't know how large is your area. By default, Netro set the zone area as 1000 square feet, which could be much higher. If you want accurate estimation, please update the zone area in settings -> zones -> area

Hi Mitch,


The smart watering level of one of your zones is level basic so there are not smart waterings for this certain zones. Please go to Settings->Zones->Smart Zone to check. For basic level, no smart schedule will be generated. You will need to add programs manually (go to Settings->Programs to add programs). Hi Alfonso, 


EPA mode allows the moisture level to deplete to a lower level  than deep mode before next watering, and it has  longer watering duration than any other smart watering modes.  We recommend using EPA mode to avoid watering equally everyday and instead to water less frequently but deeply.

Hi fernando, 


I think what you are looking at is the watering duration for the instant manual run (not the user program) in the zone sections shown on the home page. The system remembers the last duration of the instant manual run and displays that on the home page. The watering time for the program remains unchanged. You can go to Settings->Programs or Settings->Schedules\ to verify. 


Please tap on the "15:00" text and there will be a window pop up for changing that value.

 Dear Ilya,


Netro allows one sensor to monitor up to 3 zones but you will need to make sure the zones have similar environmental conditions. You can go to  Settings->Sensors, select a sensor, go to Zones and select the zones you would like to monitor.

How do I do long uninterrupted watering?

Dear customer,


Netro breaks the watering into many pieces to avoid water runoff. You can create muliple programs for each zone to water for 4 hours.  The maximum watering time for each program is 60 minutes. If you want to water more than 60 minutes, just create another program for this zone.

We have implemented the app notification when the device starts to water. Currently it is ready for beta testing. Moisture level correction

I would like to modify zone 2,3,4 and 8,9 to read same moisture readings as what zone 5 reads. That would help to water those zones properly. Not sure if you can locate my account this way, let me know if otherwise. Thanks!
