invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status

I setup my device this summer and I don't see the photos I created for my zones that were there las summer. However if I login on the laptop web portal, I do see my zone photos. I also get the error message " invalid group ID 13015 invalid device status" and it shows as offline.


Please help.

One channel is always on

Hi everyone, 

I have a 6-channel Sprite with 6 hunter valves. 5 channels work perfectly, one seems to be always on. I tried a brand new valve, a reset of the Sprite, unplugged it from power, changed the wiring but nothing helped. Any ideas?

My zones 5-12 won’t work but my zones 1-4 are working fine .    Any ideas what to do ?

Hi,
I think I am cursed. I had to run a new line for two of my sprinkler valves as I had to move them and it was easier just to run new wire. The sit together in the same hand hole. I am having problems with one of the valves as it goes on when any of the other zones is active. I have replaced the valve once, the selenoid twice (showing solid OHM rating both times. I have the senenoid screwed down nearly all the way. It is the same zone (8) every time. I took a common wire and two others from the new line one went to each valve and the other to the far left common post. The valves, of course, are wired with one from the zone, and the other to the common wire that goes back to the far left C.  When the zone is off it is showing it is throwing about 2 volts AC. I suspect that is normal, or is it a sign of something else? 

I have a Spark 16 and it has been in operation less than a month.

No light

Hi

Netro light is off everything is connected but it is always off line. I have already changed cr1220 battery inside but light is off not i also have changed the trasnformer no working at all very sad

2 new devices. One not working.

I have 2 new Pixie faucet timers.  One seems to be working just fine so far.  The other will not shut off the water.  They are both set to Advanced Smart watering but the one never shuts off the water even when it is not on a scheduled watering and it says it is online.  Do I possibly have something set wrong?  Or is it a faulty device?

Master error “open circuit”

I swapped out a Hunter ProC controller with a Netro Spark 16 zone controller  The zones all work fine, but the pressure is now too low   When I ran a valve test all of the zones were normal but I had an error message for the Master that says “open circuit”   Not sure what it means or how to resolve it   I checked the wiring connections and they seem fine. Has anyone else run into this ? Thanks

Pixie keeps disconnecting

Hello I have 4 pixie devices.  Two are right next to each other.  One of these two keeps going off-line every couple of days.  Then i have to manually press the button on the device to bring it back on-line?  How do i fix this annoying issue?  Thanks. Sang

No 24V output?

I have successfully installed the device and I start the manual watering on a chosen zone.

The LED changes from green to blue and everything seems ok, except that nothing else happens. No valve is activated and thus no irrigation. 

I have checked with a multimeter and none of the outputs gives the 24 VAC. But the device is correctly connected and seems to work fine. 

What can I do?

Often offline, automatic reconnection?

Hi, my Netro goes offline every day/couple of days. Probably there is a disconnection of the Internet provider during the night.

Is there any possibility to program an automatic retry of wi-fy connection in the Netro?

I have historical irrigation on zone “n” and I can get schedule data from the API if the zone is turn ON, but if I put this zone in unavailable, the API does not get the historical schedule data for this zone. I have to manually put available the zone, download from API, and then turn off this zone for get the whole data.

I think is not the expected behavior.

Netro Sprinkler WIFI Smart Controller not retry the connection

Hi all!


I have a “Netro Sprinkler WIFI Smart Controller” and when  sometime i have a problem with internet connection provider and  after the connection return up the controller still disconnect until i power-off and power-on the controller.

The led on controller blinking and the app show a off-line message.

 

Why Netro doesn’t automaticaly retry the connection ?

All other ethernet and wifi device automaticaly reconnect  after the connection return up.  It’s possibile configure Netro Controller to retry the wifi connection ot it’s a contoller bugs ?

 

 

Netro App vesion: 3.1.0

Netro controller hw ver.: 1.2

Netro controller firmware ver:  1.1.1

All the zone were off in the application but in the device the zone 5 opened the passage of current to the valve remaining opened

Watering during a restriction

Hi!

Tonight at 2.30 my netro start to watering. I had to stop it starting a manual program and stop it because in the app there was no watering sign.

Then I put a restriction for 3 days and around noon netro starts to watering again. There was a lost wifi signal for a minute cause by a voltage drop. 

Is it normal?

Cannot reset Sprite

Hi, I had a Sprite working OK but I needed to move it to another location and WIFI network. I assumed starting from scratch was the easiest method and deleted the controller on the App but now I cant get it back into host mode (<1sec press of reset button) or factory reset it (6-8 sec)....The LED flashes about once every 6 secs or so not every second, no matter what I do. 

So I never see the Netro_IRC wifi network ....

How do I fix this ?
