Hi Luca,

 

Darksky calculates data from multiple weather stations together. It does not get data from one single station.

How to stop watering if device is offline?

If device is offline, you can not stop watering from the app. You will have to unplug the power the stop watering.

Hi Luca,


To do a manual run, user can select all zones to start manual run.  If user would like to skip a certain zone, setting watering time to "0 minute" for a zone will skip watering for this zone and the rest of the zones will be watered.

Yes. Dark sky still works for our Netro users. Netro get dark sky service through internal API, it does not matter to smart phone that you use for Netro app.

You can set up your device in Idle mode. Please go Settings->Controller->Enabled, slide the enabled button to disable your device.

1. We just checked your account and we found Netro waterd your zone 5 after rain for 20 seconds. Did you turn off the smart zone feature manually? Normally Netro will skip watering after rain, however, the moisture level for you zone 5 is still low after rain because slight rain amount was reported by weather provider (PWS). Your zone 5 is associated with sensor and Netro uses both the top soil and deep soil moisture to estimate moisture level.

2. I talked to our R&D and we will support this feature of changing the moisture level to a lower value in the next release of the app. We can open this feature for you currently from the server side and please let us know if you would like to try.

1. Close all the other apps running on your phone

2. Reboot the phone

3. If the issue still occurs, try another phone/tablet.

Hi Javier,


If you turn on the smart zone feature, Netro will skip the schedules(including manual schedules from user programs) when there is a chance of significant rain(>0.2inch). Currently Netro will skip your schedules only on previous day and rainy day so Netro still waters your zone based on your program(water every 3 days) the next day after rain. 

If you do not want Netro to water your zones after the raining days. You can customize it in Settings->Preferences->Days to Skip, and select days to skip, for example, next day and next 2nd day.

Which Alexa still are you using? It should be the Netro Home skill not the Netro skill.


Also, I think you will see the Netro device in the skill. It is completely on voice command and after you link your Netro account you can just say the commands to Alexa.

Can you please let us know what power adapter you use? Are you using the Android app? There is a known bug that only zone 1 can be opened if you use the Test Run mode which has been fixed in the beta version of v2.5.0.
