I purchased a whisperer to automatically adjust the watering of problem areas. I received the product and turned it on. The white light began pulsing. I went to the Netro app and selected the account I wanted to add the whisperer to. When I go to "settings" and select "sensors" there is a blank screen. There is no "+" or add button or even any choices other than "back". I then tried to set it up under my own account. I clicked the "+" and there were choices to setup 1) irrigation controller, 2) Hose faucet Timer and 3)Shop Products.  Im  still looking for detailed instructions...

Does smart zone adjust water time depending on temperature change?

For instance, does smart zone automatically adjust to water more for those days over 90 degrees and water less for cooler days?

I am a great satisfied user of the Netro Sprite system I have been using for more than a year now without any significant issue.

I am also fond of the Jeedom system which is the most famous home automation box deployed in France. I am a DIY user of Jeedom since I created my own box through a raid1-debian-raspberry system which works finely. Nevertheless one important thing is missing to this box : a plugin for connecting the Netro Watering system to the rest of the home automation eco system. The only way I can integrate "a piece" of Netro is through the IFTTT integration you have been provided a couple of months ago. To be frank this IFTTT integration is not working very well and quite disappointing : functionally limited, high latency, lost of triggers, low resilience...and then unusable in my point of view.

I think it would be great if a real integration could be done. I'm in the starting blocks to develop the Jeedom plugin as soon as you decide to publish your API. Let me know, it's a matter of a few days of workload that I would easily find in my spare time. I am extremely motivated :-)

I installed my nero sprite-12 2 months ago. Today , finally, I connected my 6 valves and the C cable to the Nero. Then, I tried to watering the first one (doing play bottom) but the valve does not work. I put 24v int he valve directl and it started watering. Then, I check with a multimeter the output for the valve in the nero controller and It was 0v.

Then, I delet the controller in the app and tried to reset the Nero sprit but I doesnt do anything. I hold the rst button during 8 or more second  several times but the led stills keep lighting and no wifi radiated to connect. 

¿How Can I solve this issue?

How does the algorithm work?   Specifically how far into the future do it look at the weather forecast?   Is this limited to just the next day or can this be adjusted to look beyond tomorrow.    Using the smart system, my sprinklers came on this morning, even though the forecast calls for a 70% chance of 1 inch of rain in 2 days.    If I were controlling the system, I would not have watered, given the price we pay for water.

I have two Whisperers connected to my system and neither are lighting up at night - they are set to report every hour and batteries of both are currently around the 66% mark.  Can you please advise?

Hello!  Purchased a Pixie from Amazon.  Easily set up the device, charged the battery, connected to the outdoor faucet, but the valve won't open.  I tried both through the app and using the 2-push manual button.  Both changed the light to blue, but no water came out.  A click could be heard though.

The tap was most certainly on.  Is there a solve for this or did I just get a bad lot?

One of my sensors is reporting strange temperature numbers. Any ideas on how to fix this. I tried a reboot and a reset (remove and add again).
