Non riesco a connettere metro spring con metro wisperer

Hi,

Is there any interoperability/integration existing or planned with home automation/smart home platforms?

Integration with Homey Pro would be great, being able to fetch the watering status for each zone, start a manual watering, or send some external triggers (humidity, rain water tank level, etc.)

One, and only one ,of my 4 Pixies occasionally sticks in open mode, not closing the valve, watering until I notice it. It won’t shut down from button and I have to turn it off or remove battery to get it to reset. It works for a few days and happens again. It has been working well for about 6 months. Any ideas how to fix this?

Is there a way to remotely reboot a whisperer sensor?

I am on vacation adn one of the sensors is showing up weird values in all the parameters. 

Dark mode and font size (especially a problem with charts) are two things that were going to be addressed a few years ago. Could I please get a current status on when dark mode will be available and when font size, or at least the ability to zoom the app screen will be available? Turning on the Apple magnifier, or having to take a screenshot and then zoom that so that you can read data is very inconvenient.

I've setup my controller to skip 2 days water if more than 10 mm rainfall is reported.

Which is reported 32 mm, smart zones are enabled , but controller won't skip for 2 days.

After the winter only one of my three sensors shows in the app.  (Twisty Baby Locust).  The other two do not, and when trying to add back in the app errors out as they are already associated with my account....how do I find them and get them back?  I have charges both to ensure good power, and waited multiple day for them to sync, but still missing.

Zone 4 out of my nine zones will only run when I manually  turn the  controller valve  in the box in the ground, and not from my metro sprite app. I tried removing and inserting the zone 4 wire in the Netro slot , but still no luck . All the other zones will run from the app except zone 4. Please help.

My Whisperer 1 doesn’t show any signs of life after two weeks in bright sunlight.

I’m pretty sure the battery or charging circuit is dead after no use for over a year.

Do you offer a repair service or replacement battery?

I get this error only on a couple of zones.  See the attached photo. As you can see the zone "misc" shows error.  Any ideas 

I have a Netto controller 12 

It starts the water pump but not opening any valve 

It would be great if for someone like me there would be an option that unifies multiple controllers into just one home so that scheduling would be much easier and avoids multiple zones of different controllers run at the same time. When programming controllers in fact, I have to keep switching programming in various controllers to see if that time is not taken by another zone of another controller. Otherwise water pressure would be a problem if two or more zone are running at the same time in different controllers.

I tried to conect 24v and 9v  valve to ny Netro 6 zone system. It seems dont work... I heard a noise near evry valve when turnd on (on manual mode) but water doesn't com up... Just a 9v valve can open just for few second... Water comes up... But after this tine... Water stop to come.

In the pictures show a 2 model used (24 and 9v)

I have some concerne about the time range. I set the Smart schedule to water just from 5am to 10am. But the Smart program seems to override this control. How can i ensure it would be respected? 

Could you please advise me on how to determine the specific requirements of my rose bush? While I have access to the data, I find it challenging to apply it without knowing the ideal conditions for my particular rose.

Why is connection lost with my cover on. But when I take it off it then reconnects? My lawn once again looks like crap because this thing glitches out.
