Wifi password reset

I updated the wifi password in the router. I was able to set up the password in the netro controller but not in the whisperers. I followed the steps provided by the app, pressing 6 times very fast the whisperer button.


But the whisperer wifi did not appear. I tried with 2 of the 5 whisperer I have, but process is not working

Manual operation - watering does not stop

Hi,

I installed the sprite control unit.

I attach photos regarding the hardware and software version.

At the end of the installation I performed a manual test of the zones.
The problem I encountered is that at the end of the operating time the watering does not stop.

 How do I solve this problem?

Netro Pixie Z1 Connection Issues to Hub - Please Help

Hi there,


I have a Netro Pixie Z1 hose timer in my garden, which is about 50 feet away from its hub. I’ve been dealing with connection issues (routinely disconnecting from the app and randomly stopping watering schedules), which is strange because there are no obstructions between the timer and the hub, and it is a fairly short distance. When standing by the timer, I can clearly 

see the hub in my window. I have the hub plugged into the back of my WiFi router via an Ethernet cable, so WiFi connection is not the problem. The connection between the timer and the hub is. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? If I can’t get the Pixie Z1 to have a stable connection, I will have to buy a regular Pixie.

Manual operation doesn’t stop

Hello everyone, I have a problem.

To test the system, I started the “manual operation” function. For startup everything is ok but I can’t stop irrigation anymore. I have tried re-configuring the system several time, but I cannot solve the problem. Can anyone help me?

Schedule issue

I have 3 zones. We have had system running for several weeks early in the morning. Yesterday I checked history & found all 3 zones had instead of a green checkmark icon, an orange wifi with red x icon (see photo below). I was able to try "run now", and only zone 1 worked. 


I ended up deleting ALL schedules & did a one time water on zones 2 & 3 & they worked. I made a new schedule for all 3 zones, and this morning i got the orange wifi icon on zone 1, & zones 2 & 3 ran just fine. 


Any ideas?   TIA!

My lawn and plants are dying! Suddenly something has changed and my unit isn't working. I have tried running manually. Zone will start and suddenly stop. I've checked times and nothing has changed there. I have removed and reinstalled the app. No help! Not sure where to go from here.

ElctroValve don't sart

Hy, i hava a problem.

When i start a irrigation cycle, only one Valve don't open, but when i start a test cycle from App, the same valve correctly open and start for few second the irrigation.


Why in the ccycke test the same valve it's ok and in the manually start don't go?

No LED

There is no LED on my device.  I've power cycled on and off a few times and no change.

Strangely enough it shows connected to wifi but not starting water on a manual test.


Is it dead?

Manual Operation

My sprinklers decided to schedule a 45 min watering on its own. 

Only noriced it was on when there was onlt one minute left.

Now rhe manual operarion is somehow set at 45min and even if I chanfe it to one minute it goes back to 45. I worry it will go off in the middle of the night at unschedule time. 

Water is precious where i live. We havent had any rain since November. 

How can I stop the app to set schedule on its own for crazy amount of time?

pixie - water inside box and battery housing

Pixie stopped to connect. Removed battery and found water inside battery housing. All contacts except one of battery are very rusty.

Trying to clean. Water also inside battery / battery box


Is it safe to dry and charge?

How to prevent water from entering the box?

Starting new garden from scratch

Hello!

Everything is setup to sow our 170m2 of grass this weekend. 

All local gardeners told me to irriigate the planted seeds 5min during the morning and 5min during the night, everyday, however the Netro smart program sets up a weird combination of 10min at 6am then 10 min at 6:40am, and then also for instance 2 days off (each phase, we have 3 for the grass), and this is choosing 'new plant' option.

  Should we leave the Netro smart program or Should we choose our own one???

Potted Pkants

I recently added a drip irrigation system to my potted plants.  I do not have a dedicated zone for these plants, but instead tied the drip lines to a sprinkler head watering part of my lawn.   This zone uses the smart zone feature and works well.   The potted plants are under my roof and never see rain.    If I add a program for this zone with a daily frequency and 1 minute duration, will it still activate if raining?   I want both the smart zone to work as well as the program to work, but always needing the daily, albeit short program to run independent of rainfall.


Am I asking too much?   Otherwise, I must add another zone / valve to my system.

weather scheduling

Hi, Weather condition scheduling never worked and I've been using then Netro product for many years now. Currently both forecast & expectation are set at 0.1 threshold with skip (previous day, rainy day and next day). Weather station is set to NetroWeather and main app page is fairly accurate. Just today, it rained for most of the day and NetroWeather showed correctly "100% rain". Sadly, schedule program started anyway even though it was raining. I have changed weather provider, thresholds and nothing changes. This is very annoying to waste water, and I am looking for any tips how to mitigate this issue.

sensor calibration

Hi I have 2 sensors and both read incorrectly. i put both ends into a bucket of water. 1 reads 50% other reads 75% both should red 100%. is there a way to calibrate them.


Update after 2 hrs both reading almost 100%. Do they self calibrate ?
