My app on my phone say that the zone is on watering but when i look outside nothing is happening !!!

Hello, I have activated Continuous Monitoring on my Wispering gen2 which means I should get an emediate update when the moister has changed.

But I don't get any update/ change until the aut hourly upate of the measurement is done.

My indicator led is burn out. whocan I replace it?

Could you add a pause feature in Manual run? When I am running a zone, sometimes I need to halt the run and make an adjustment or fix a leak and then turn it back on. Right now, I have to stop the manual run and then start all over.

I have a lawn that is irrigated by two solenoid valves, Zone 1 and Zone 2. Each zone controls 3 sprinklers, and there are overlapping areas between the sprinklers from both zones. I would like to configure the system so that when Zone 1 runs, Zone 2 also runs at the same time, and when Zone 1 is off, Zone 2 is also off. In other words, both zones should operate simultaneously to avoid certain areas always receiving extra water. Is there a way to set this up with the controller?

Hi, I just bought the whisperer 2 and would like to have it as only sensor for the entire garden, however is allowed to have maximum 3 zones for sensor. Is there a way to link all the zones to it? I have 7 zones.

How do I change the wifi network my Netro controller is connected too? I cannot proceed beyond step 2 from the instructions on the app. I get the message "Please connect to Wi-fi network "Netro_IRC_xxx."  However, the app shows that I am already connected!!

Good morning, I installed a Sprite 6 controller, it works perfectly, but I have three questions: 1. How do I change the irrigation percentage without changing the watering minutes for all the zones each time? 2. When rain or wind is forecast, does the irrigation program still skip even if the smart function is not enabled? 3. When I start a zone in manual mode, for example to control the sprinklers, is it normal for there to be a long delay between pressing the Stop button and the actual interruption? Thanks.

Can I use the Netro Spark 16 if I use the Rainbird ESP Me? I have 15 active zones.

My system is connected to a 500 liter tank. If I turn on both zones, it empties in 13 minutes.

In the application there is no possibility to program the maximum irrigation time for each individual area. I want you to work at most 13 minutes!

ho riscontrato un problema con la centralina Netro Sprite-6.
Il dispositivo risulta online e sembra funzionare regolarmente, tuttavia non attiva nessuna uscita: né la master né le due zone configurate. Ho provato ad attivare manualmente tutte le zone, ma senza successo.

Ho effettuato alcune verifiche:

• la tensione in uscita è sempre di circa 11 V AC su tutte le uscite;

• la centralina è stata utilizzata pochissimo, solo con le zone master e 1–2;

• non sono presenti segni visibili di bruciatura o danni hardware.

Da quanto riscontrato, sembrerebbe un problema software, poiché l’hardware appare in buone condizioni.

Resto in attesa di un vostro gentile riscontro e supporto.

I've had a Netro Spark 8 working without any problems since last year, but a few days ago it disconnected from the Wi-Fi and stopped working. I tried the reset button as indicated in the instructions, but there's no way to reconnect it. What else can I do? Thank you very much

Hi, I have a Sprite 12 zones and a Whisperer 2 sensor added to the Netro app. However I cannot find any way to setup the sensor so that it inhibits watering if the measured humidity is higher than some value. The sensor is sending correct reading to the app but now it has been raining for few days and the Sprite keeps watering.

I would like to disable watering based on the sensor only and not on the weather forecast.

If in the app I select the Sprite, then go to settings>zones and select one zone i see the setting Sensor as "Not connected" but there is no way to connect a sensor. If i select the sensor and go to settings>sensor I see all the settings to change name, light color data send interval, but nothing about rain.

Can someone please help me? Thank you!

I have some scheduled zones using programs and I'm seeing that the zones later in the program are being cancelled and not completing the scheduled program. What is causing the schedule to be overridden? It's a problem because those zones that are being skipped are not being watered at all.

Despite these attempts, the problem persists. I also tested the solenoids with a multimeter, and they’re working correctly. If I activate the valves directly from the controller, they respond as expected—so it’s clearly not a hardware issue.

I should also mention that I previously had the same problem with two Sprite6 controllers. That’s why I switched to the Spark 8, hoping it would solve the issue. Unfortunately, it hasn’t.

To make matters worse, scheduled programs aren’t working either.

This is an urgent situation because my plants are currently without water. I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this.

Hello, I’ve installed netro app on my iPhone, followed the procedure to connect the spark 16 and everything is fine, but when I try to activate valves with the app, the led turn white.

If I remove spark 16 from the app, the led turn green and I can only activate valves from the controller,

Any solution?

Why is Whisperer not showing any moisture reading at all? after working fine for days, it just stops sending moisture info

One, and only one ,of my 4 Pixies occasionally sticks in open mode, not closing the valve, watering until I notice it. It won’t shut down from button and I have to turn it off or remove battery to get it to reset. It works for a few days and happens again. It has been working well for about 6 months. Any ideas how to fix this?
