Zone won't shut off

Dear customer,


When that zone is watering and you cannot stop it with your Netro app, please unplug the power adapter of Netro controller, see if the zone is still watering.  If unplug the power adapter, the zone is still watering, this zone valve need to be checked. 

 

You can also switch this issue zone wire with other good zone wire. For example, assume the issue zone is zone 1, zone 2 is good zone. Switch zone 1 wire to zone 2, and zone 2 wire to zone 1. Test the two zones, see if the physical issue zone still faulty.

Dear customer,

We were upgrading our server due to rapid increase of active devices connected to the Netro cloud server, at that time the cloud service was temporarily unavailable.

Sorry about the inconvenience.


Our cloud service is provided by Amazon and the service fee has been prepaid for 10 years, so this cloud service will not stop working.
We are doing well in growing the business and please do not worry about it.

Netro's algorithm encourages longer water time and less water frequency, which will help growth of the roots. If you think the smart schedules water too much , you can either change to different smart zone mode (ECO), or you can set up your own programs and set up your smart zone in basic level. You can view the estimated water consumption in the Discover page. However, it is the estimated water consumption which is not accurate. We will check the data from our server side and send you the past 90 days' data. Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com and confirm if the zone area in the Netro app is correct?

How to set run for more than 60 minutes

Currently we do not support watering more than 60 minutes in manual run. As a workaround,  you can create multiple programs through Settings->Programs to increase the watering time.
