How can I do?

I would like to add a GEN 2 whisper to my Spark system because I cannot seem to rely on any of my three weather stations to provide accurate rainfall. I obviously don’t want to rely on a single sensor to determine the moisture level in my entire lawn, so can I add multiple to a zone and have Netro average it per zone? 

Anyone else have problems with whisperer/whisperer 2? The ones I have just seem to stop working out the blue.  The current problem unit is a whisperer 2 which was sent to replace a broken whisperer.  It comes on, lights up, and shows 100% charged when plugged into a usb power source.  As soon as I unhook the power source it stops working, and oower button does nothing.

My Netro controller is about three years old. I recently changed my Wi-Fi router about two months ago.  I repaired the controller with the new Wi-Fi, all seemed to work for a few days. Then the controller started cycling on and off of Wi-Fi. There are windows of several minutes that I can communicate with the controller, then windows of several hours when I cannot.  The light on the controller is solid for about 20 seconds, then three slow blinks, solid for 20 seconds, then three slow blanks, this pattern continues indefinitely. I have repaired the controller to WiFi several times. I have unplugged and then plugged the controller back in multiple times. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating when I’m changing sprinkler heads and have to wait several hours to try a manual run to test the new heads. Has anyone else experience this and more importantly solved this issue? I have one sensor that is controlling 5 zones, in the last few months it has rained for several days and the humidity recorded has always been 100%. For three weeks however it has not rained anymore and the soil has started to dry out and so has the garden, because the sensor continues to report 100% humidity skipping the irrigation cycle. How can I unlock the sensor humidity reading?

Could you add a pause feature in Manual run? When I am running a zone, sometimes I need to halt the run and make an adjustment or fix a leak and then turn it back on. Right now, I have to stop the manual run and then start all over. 

My indicator led is burn out. whocan I replace it?

Hello, I have activated Continuous Monitoring on my Wispering gen2 which means I should get an emediate update when the moister has changed.

But I don't get any update/ change until the aut hourly upate of the measurement is done.

My app on my phone say that the zone is on watering but when i look outside nothing is happening !!!

Help for my controller dropping the wifi weekly?  I have to unplug the controller to reset and wifi works.  When on vacation my controller can't be unplugged so is there a fix or work around ?

I can't connect both of my two Pixie devices to Alexa — I can only control one.
How can I fix this issue?

I have a digital water metering in my house from my water supplier. So know the exact amount of water that ist running for all zones If netro ist running and watering the Garden. Unfortenately i can Not find an Option, to Tell netro how much water in qm per hour is running for wach zone. IT would be great If that could be implementated to have an exact number of qm water that ist uswd for watering each zone. So gar I know netro gives only an wstamated number of water used for wach zone, depwnding in size of watering area and Type of watering equipment.

Can I send my controller in to get it repaired? 

I’m sure my transformer is not working.

I want to utilize automated rain delay feature.

If I have my 11 zones enabled for Smart Zone watering, the zones will water in a random order.

I need them to remaian in order 1-11. I cannot yet find a readon why.

Not much fun sitting on my lawn when a zone unexpectedly turns on.

If I use a manual program, then the rain delay feature cannot be used.

Is there a way to enable an automated rain delay in a manual program?

and/or

run the zones in an order when utilizing the Smart Zones?

And yes, most of my zones have the same environment settings

Hi there I use the netro smart feature and the whisperer. 

The smart schedule for zone 5 watered 28 minutes at 5am and the sensor measured 99% humidity.  Then it watered again at 6am... which is obviously a waste of water as the zone is already 100% humid. So it look like when the program starts it does not take into account the humidity again until the next run for that zone. 

For zone 5 I am using regular mode. Not the Deep or EPA. 

I also have the condition that 

- Sensor to report every hour

- skip watering if above 60%

- Sensor firmware 2.0.1

Suggestion:

It would be great if it was possible to have a better overview in the Netro app when using multiple controllers. 

For instance, we have 2x Spike 6 zone controllers and 1x Pixie in our setup and it's currently tricky to have a overview over all zones scheduled in these controllers without switching back and forth between them. If only Schedule tab would list all our zones setup in all our controllers :-)

How do I change and save schedule? 

I have installed a new Sprite - however, I have 3 common wires but only two slots - and only one wire fits in each slot...
